Our Return & Exchange Policy 🌈💫
At Cosmic Rainbows, we want every little one to love their new clothes and feel as good as they look! If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? No problem! We’re happy to exchange your items within 30 days, as long as they meet the return requirements. Just get in touch with us, and we’ll make it happen!
How to Return or Exchange
- Reach out: Email us at howdy@cosmicrainbows.com.au or use our “Contact Us” page to let us know you’d like to return or exchange an item.
- Package it up: Carefully package the items in their original condition (don’t forget the tags!) and send them back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so your return arrives safely.
- Receive your refund or new item: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or send out your exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
